Saturday we went to the Taste of Grand Rapids, to try different area resturants. I was hoping for more local ma and pop places, instead most where chain resturants. It was a nice way to enjoy a few hours outside in a nice park. But the food wasn’t very good. We also drove around looking at furniture and looking for more home theater equipment.

GR is sorely lacking in HT locations. Its either Classic Stereo (too expensive) or circuit city,Best Buy,etc. No place seem to carry mid range equipment. Oh well. I’m still waiting for the basement to get finished. I looks like it could still be 4 weeks before the carpet is layed. AARRRRGGGGG…
