This presentation was done at?TechEd New Zealand 2014. Its a great presentation on what you can do with powershell and is a great primer to get you started. I have the video and ppt embedded below.
Sidenote: Microsoft has announced they are combining all of their separate conferences into one huge mega-conference. In North American it will be held in Chicago on May 4-8 2015. It will replace?SharePoint Conference / Office 365,?MS TechEd,?Exchange Conference (MEC),?Lync Conference,?Project Conference, and?Microsoft Management Summit (MMS).

I completely agree with the post. Microsoft powershell is an awesome software from the tech giant microsoft.
