Got a question? Got Twitter? Then you got answers.

You can use twitter to ask the collective knowledge of 6 million registered Twitter users.

You can you increase your chance of getting answered by using some keywords or direct/reply to certain twitter accounts. Through services like @chacha,IKnowTweet, TwitQA, Twtpoll, or Ask on Twitter.

ToAnswer was another option, but they seem to have had some server issues are are currently down.

With ChaCha you just follow @chacha and then send your question as a reply. After a few minutes you?ll get your answer.

iknowtweet checks twitter for people asking questions in the format of ‘does anyone know?’ and ‘why does?’ as well as several other methods. You can also use the site to answer other peoples questions if you just like to help out or know all the answers.

I can?t tell how TwitQA picks up the questions on twitter and I?m not a fan of their UI. But they have a large database of questions from twitter just waiting to be answered

Twitpoll allows you to create a poll and post it to twitter, facebook, friendfeed, or any other social network. It not a straight Q&A, but a way to get feed back on a topic or question.

AskonTwitter collects all tweets with the phrase ‘Does Anyone Know‘. It has a great UI

 

So if you include @chacha and ?Does anyone know? in your twitter question you should get picked up by most of these services and have a good chance of getting an answer.
