I’m not quite sure what level of support you need from either company. Its it only for companies with EA or does it cover the single instance support calls for MS.
Please this talks about Plymouth University running 50,000 mailboxes on Exchange in a vmware environment. I want to do this for our new consolidated exchange server for North America.

Well I don’t really know the answer to your question, but I can say this opens a large door. Especially for support, seems like it could potentially be a nightmare. Either way though, more freedom is usually a good thing.
