Bar Owner not Allowed to Set Dress Standards for Entry to his Private Property?

Again, I thought we lived in america. (This country need more standards)The bar owner should be able to do whatever he wants. If someone doesn’t like it….don’t goto that bar. Simple answer, if enough people stop going to that bar it will effect the sales enough that the owner might change his policy.

If this case goes to court, I’m going to sue BET (Black entertainment Television) because if WET (white entertainment Television) was ever started,the ACLU and NAACP would be all over it.
