Little updates - Still no upgrade
I did a few updates tonight, nothing major just updating some plugins. I’m still waiting for Twitter Tools for WP to be updated to work with WP 2.3 to upgrade.

Upgraded Site
I upgraded to WP 2.1.2. I hope this will reduce the load this site is putting on the mysql server.
Before I upgraded, I noticed the site got messed up somehow and now the sidebars on are the bottom. What’s up with that!!!
Anyways, let me know if you see any other issues.

NoPhoneTrees.com: GetHuman.com
I hate phone tree’s, I’ll have to get this a try next time I have to call about my creditcard or cable bill.
Most of us have heard of GetHuman.com, which offers people directions on navigating phone trees or direct-access phones numbers in order to reach a live person. Now a new service by NoPhoneTrees.com takes this one (small) step further.
After verifying your phone number, the website will call a service provider and navigate the phone tree for you. All you have to do is pick up when they call and you’re already on hold for the operator. I just tried this with one of my Citibank cards and it worked as advertised, saving me an entire 15 seconds
Unfortunately, it doesn’t wait on hold for you and call you when someone actually picks up - I am guessing the lag time would be too great and the customer service rep would probably just hang up. Bummer - that would be cool.

Upgraded Site and moved host
I’ve been on a new web host for about two weeks now and so far its been great!!! I’ll give it another two weeks then write up a overview of the month.
Also today I upgraded to the lastest and greatest WP V2.07
So far no problems, please let me know if you notice anything odd.
