I don’t us Linux much at work I maybe touch it every few months, even on my own web sites I really don’t need to get into the back end often. But when I do I remember enough to be dangerous but not the details. I wanted to update the packages on my server today and remember I used apt-get in the past, I just always forget apt-get upgrade vs apt-get update. With a quick google search i found Tecmint. What a great site for Linux beginners. I even found some nice howto’s for vi.

What other sites are good for Linux beginners or part timers? I live in a windows world and love power shell. But I’m always looking to learn something new.
