I just noticed today that when I search on Google it includes twitter results also. Checkout this screenshot from when I searched for filehippo
I’ll have to give it some time before I decide if I like how google has integrated twitter. I’ve added the Firefox search provider for Topsy that way I can search twitter directly from my firefox search box. I also use twitters built-in search, tweetmeme, and twazzup. But only Topsy has the Firefox search provider.
If the Google results are relevant and allow me to see more than 2, it could make searching twitter much easier.
