Tonight was my second game in a 30+ soccer league. I haven’t played soccer since I was 8 years old and I haven’t been involved in an organized sport since college. My legs are hurting SO bad today. The front of my thigh is killing me. I think its because I didn’t stretch it out and kicking the ball put a lot of pressure on it.
Its only once a week, I just hope to recover by next week. Its good exercise and I can enjoy it without getting too competive.
Atleast its more active than bowling…. 🙂
